Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that the Partners have promoted Cosmin Dordea to Vice President. Cosmin joined Monument in July 2021 as an Associate and has assisted Monument in all transaction and operational related aspects of the firm. Prior to Monument, Cosmin worked as an Analyst at P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF), a middle-market investment bank. He received his B.S. in Finance at Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business.
