Monument MicroCap Partners Completes Recapitalization of Command Investigations, LLC
Indianapolis, IN. Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), an Indianapolis-based private equity firm, announced today that on April 22, 2019 it closed a recapitalization transaction with Command Investigations, LLC (“Command” or the “Company”). Headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, Command is an insurance risk management service provider, specializing in investigations of suspect insurance claims. Command offers its customers a comprehensive suite of investigative services including surveillance, field investigations, cyber and background investigations, a national vendor management platform, as well as a nationally recognized Special Investigative Unit (SIU). Each offering is specifically designed to reduce the cost of fraudulent insurance claims.
