Monument Announces Command Investigations, LLC Has Acquired Infoquest Information Services, Ltd.

Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (“Monument”), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Command Investigations LLC (“Command”) completed the acquisition of Infoquest Information Services, Ltd. (“Infoquest”). Based in Columbus, OH, Infoquest provides a full line of professional investigation and information services for insurance claims defense and business information.

Command CEO, Seth Markham said, “The Command team is thrilled to partner with the impressive group of professionals at Infoquest. The combined group will enhance the services and coverage provided to both client bases.”

This collaboration will diversify Command’s service offerings to customers and would allow the combined entity to grow its revenues through accelerated cross-selling opportunities.

Infoquest represents the fifth add-on acquisition by Command since its recapitalization by Monument in May 2019.  In December 2019, Command recapitalized Investigations By King, LLC, located just outside of Pittsburgh PA. In August 2020, Command recapitalized Discovery Surveillance, Inc. with offices in Albuquerque, NM and Richmond, TX. In May 2022, Command recapitalized Specialized Investigations, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. In September 2022, Command recapitalized The Citadel Agency, headquartered in Orlando, FL.
